Sound Bath Sessions

Sound baths are a meditative and energetically healing session using sound from primarily Tibetan singing bowls, Crystal Bowls, Gongs and other energetically Healing sound instruments. 

During a sound bath you will lay down whilst I intuitively play the bowls and instruments for a minimum of 50 minutes. During this session the sound frequencies created are known to influence brainwave patterns which has the unique ability to bypass the busy chatter of the conscious mind and directly resonate with the deeper layers of the subconscious allowing you to release tensions in the mind, body and soul. This is not just a matter of belief, but a phenomenon increasingly backed by scientific research.

During the session you may find you fall asleep, you will be deeply rested and relaxed, you may feel healing sensations such as warmth, coolness, shivers, body pulsations and physical energy releases such as sneezing, coughing, burping, soft body twitches. 

You may leave feeling blissful to spaced out, with a sense of calm & felling entered, balanced, uplifted & inspired, as you connect with your own positive energy. 

Each bowl used is tuned to a different chakra (the human bodies energy centre), which clears, unblocks and opens up the chakras it resonates with. The vibrations from the bowls move energy through your body and bring you into a state of vibrational harmony. The frequencies get you to return to a place of feeling centred, so that your body can let go of blockages and heal.

With the exception below anyone aged 12+ can attend my Sound Bath sessions. However, please be mindful 12-16 years need to be able to lay or sit still and silently for 50 minutes.

For Health and Safety reasons, if you have any metal implants or pacemakers, or in your first trimester of pregnancy unfortunately you are unable to participate in the Sound Bath sessions.
