Energy healing is a holistic practice that activates and stimulates the body's energy systems to remove any blocks. By breaking through these energetic blocks, the body's inherent ability to heal itself is stimulated.
It’s very normal for the energy in our body to become blocked or stagnant, however it’s very important for our mental, physical and emotional well-being to make sure we unblock these. If we don’t unblock our energy we start to see and feel differences within our body such as anxiety, depression, and endless physical problems as well as delays in our body’s natural ability to heal.
Anyone! I can work with children of any age but I will need parents present during the therapy for any child under 16 years old.
I do not carry out Sound Healing Massages on women who are pregnant at any trimester, or anyone who has a pace maker.
It can support to restore and balance the energy in your body which can enable it to heal.
It can bring feelings of peace, relaxation and give you the ability to cope better with life challenges and stresses.
It can also assist with:
Unblocking the chakras in your body
Balances and improves emotions including anxiety and depression
Aids better sleep
Enhances the immune system
Pain relief
Can help with acute injuries and chronic problems such as asthma, migraines, IBS and many more
Removes negative and stagnant energy from the body
It can give you a clearer mindset and motivation
Grounds the body and mind
Spiritual growth
For Crystal and Reiki Healing:
All you need to do is make sure to bring yourself and wear something that you are comfortable in. If you have a favourite blanket you love you can also bring this to wrap up in.
For Sound Massage:
Again just make sure you wear something you are comfortable in!
Sound Baths:
Please bring a yoga mat, a pillow, a blanket, and water (eye masks are optional).
If you are unable to lay down you can be seated during the session. I have a zero gravity chair you can sit on if you can’t sit on the floor. Please email me to let you know you need this before the session.
With the exception of deep relaxation everyone will have a different experience when having any of my therapies. However, common experiences are; tingling sensations in your body which are not uncomfortable, and/or a heat or cool sensation. You may also find your body responds in physical ways such as twitching, sneezing, coughing, laughing or crying. This is a way of your body releasing negative energy. You may also see colours, go into a deep meditative state, fall asleep or not feel anything at all.
- Please keep yourself hydrated by drinking lots of water only for the first 24 hours.
- Avoid Alcohol, Drugs, Nicotine and Caffine for the first 24 hours.
- Try to stay relaxed and away from stress (if possible)
- Meditate the next day and onwards. If you haven’t meditated before this is the perfect time to start!
- Or spend some time out in nature
You should feel extremely relaxed after any healing session. Along with this depending on where you have energy blocks in the body you may feel less tension, pain, anxiety etc.
You may feel tired from where you are relaxed or you may feel the opposite and have lots of energy.
Over a short amount of time you should find that your physical body, emotional well-being and spiritual connections have improved.
You may also find that you have a different and more positive outlook on life and overall more relaxed and less stressed.
Crystal Healing:
When having crystal healing for the first time it is more beneficial to have 2-3 sessions within the space of 2 weeks, then you can top up as you like. I would recommend to them come once every 3-4 months and then once yearly or as often as you like.
Reiki Healing:
With Reiki healing you don’t need a short course of sessions like crystal healing therefore you can have reiki as little and often as once a week to once a year! However the more often you have sessions the more beneficial it will be. How often you want to come will also vary on what is going on in your life and your body. For a general guideline I would recommend having reiki once every 2-3 months to start and then after a few sessions you may want or only need yearly top ups or to continue having it as often as you want.
Basically you can never have to much energy healing!
I currently offer home treatments in South Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Middlesex, Slough, Windsor and Maidenhead, Ruislip and surrounding areas. However there is an additional charge for my to travel to you.
